Key Policy Details
Shipping & Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
No shipping or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays.
We will offer 4days dispatch in some instances, though high order volumes can cause delays.
Customer Responsibilities:
Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. There is only a small window to fix errors after an order is placed.
Undeliverable Orders: If a package is returned due to incorrect information, a restocking fee (to be determined) will be applied.
Liability & Loss:
The company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, the policy advises reporting the issue to local authorities
