Cancellation & Refund Policy
Purpose: Agaram International strives to provide quality services in a timely manner. This policy helps manage scheduling and ensures fairness to all customers.
Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 24hours' notice to cancel or re-order
Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24hours of the scheduled time may be charged after scheduled time charging 30% percentage of the total service fee
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled without prior notification may be charged the full service fee.
Refunds: Specify if refunds are available for early cancellation, e.g., "Full refunds for cancellations over 24 hours, 30% for after 24 hours, no refund for under 72 hours because product is dispatched that time
